Yes. The Emergency Department at Pikes Peak Regional Hospital is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

• How do I find the ER entrance?
As you enter the Pikes Peak Regional Hospital campus from Hwy. 24, you’ll see that separate walk-in and ambulance entrances are clearly marked and that there is reserved patient parking at the ER door.

• Are physicians board certified?
Yes. Every physician who treats patients in the Emergency Department is board certified and specializes in emergency medicine.

• If necessary, are surgeons available?
Board certified surgeons are on the medical staff. They perform surgery in fully equipped, state-of-the-art surgery suites.

• Do ER rooms have privacy?
Yes, all trauma and exam/treatment rooms are private.

• Is diagnostic technology onsite?
The latest in digital imaging technology, including MRI, CT and ultrasound as well as analytical laboratory testing, provides testing for diagnostic purposes at Pikes Peak Regional Hospital.

• Can the ER monitor/diagnose chest pains?
